I believe that if you hire an attorney, it is fine for the attorney to delegate non-legal, administrative matters to non-lawyer staff. Which means that all of the company's work won't have charge. Sometimes a crew may get into something they can't handle and end up getting tried. Theo is really an exceptional guy but his undeserved past reputation is still with him. If an attorney doesn't follow your wishes, fire him/her.
